of Calpe, this beautiful two-apartment farmhouse is the
perfect base for your getaway holiday, with breathtaking views of
Calpe Rock (Peñon de Ifach) and the sea.
Each apartment features a large living area with TV,video and CD
player, and an open American style kitchen,
equipped with freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine.
The apartments sleep 4 people each;
the courtyard apartment has two twin rooms, and the poolside apartment
has one twin room and one double.
All linens are provided.
The farmhouse boasts a large attractive outdoor area which residents
are welcome to use, featuring a
12x8 swimming pool, sunloungers, jacuzzi, charcoal BBQ and poolside
sheltered seating area. In addition,
the courtyard apartment has exclusive use of a small walled courtyard,
with gas-powered BBQ and seating area.
There is lots to see and do in the area; the farmhouse is 10 minutes
away from the coast, and only 30 minutes drive
from the lively town of Benidorm. Local activities include cycling,
diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking,
mountaineering, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water
skiing and wind surfing. This location is also ideal for
walkers and artists. Numerous local bars and restaurants are within
easy reach, along with wonderful scenic drives inland.
Holidaying at Finca Vinyent revolves around sun, sand, sea and beautiful
mountains, with plenty of good restaurants,
serving typical traditional dishes and international cusine. If this
is your first visit here, soak up the sun and atmosphere,
sparing perhaps a couple of days for exploring the inland mountains,
and one or two local towns. Once you have
visited the diversity of this region you will get to know the hidden
