So we started looking at available properties on the net and found
CB Real Estates site. The site is very easy to use, with lots of
pictures and no nonsense accurate descriptions of the properties.

We wrote for more information on some of the available properties we received a
prompt friendly and informative response, and eventually agreed to meet Mr. Rock
on our next visit to Spain.

Upon meeting Roland he is not at all your stereo typical Estate Agent (sell you
anything and then walk away ) far from it he seemed from the outset to want to
establish very clearly what we were looking for, in fact for our first hour he just
asked us lots of questions in order to fully understand our requirements. We
then viewed several properties from this we were able to refine our requirements.

We were very impressed with how Roland worked with us there was no pressure
and we soon were able to trust and value Roland's honest judgement and integrity,
so much so that we felt comfortable to leave Roland to seek out a suitable property
for us and let us know when he found something suitable.

We didn't hear any thing from Roland for a while but he kept in touch just letting
us know he was still looking and sending us details of some possible Finca's
eventually in the autumn of 2006 he contacted us to tell us he had found us just
the place but it was possibly out of our price bracket. We went to view this
property and my wife fell in love with it with in 5 mins of seeing it so the rest I
suppose is history. Roland then spent the best part of a day negotiating on our
behalf with a good result for all parties.

Having successfully made a sale you might think that the Estate agents role
would now be over, well if you were dealing with your average Estate agent
it would be. But not if Roland's involved he supported us through the whole
process which included the following.

— Taking us on separate occasions to organise our NIE numbers.
— Helping us obtain the most competitive quote for our Mortgage.
— Coming into the Bank to ensure that all the charges were correct
— Checked that all the land searches were correct and ensured
— that the deeds of title were correct in all respects.
— Present with us at the signing to ensure we fully understood everything
— Registering us with the local council
— The list is endless!

As you can see Roland certainly went the extra mile to ensure our Sale went as
smoothly as possible you would think that this is where it would all end, but no
Roland has continued to help and advise us in all matters. He has also been
keeping an eye on our new property whilst we take up residence all part of
his very unique personal and comprehensive service.

We have no reservations what so ever in recommending Roland and his company
to any one he is trustworthy he gives very honest and frank advise and cares more
that you make the right choice and having come to a decision he does everything
in his power to ensure any possible pit falls are mitigated.
